Recently refurbished and redecorated, the hotel features a reception, lounge area, house bar, restaurant, lift, large terrace with outside seating and parasols, car parking and free WiFi.
Wellness facilities include a 14-metre indoor pool, whirlpool, relaxation area, sauna and steam room. Massages and beauty treatments can be booked locally (local charge) and a fitness room and children’s playroom are also available.

Located close to the centre of Kitzbuhel, the nearest 18-hole golf courses are the GC Kitzbuhel-Schwarzsee and GC Kitzbuhel-Eichenheim both of which are less than 10 minutes’ drive (approximately 4 kilometres) from the Hotel. Other courses within easy driving distance including GC Kitzbuheler Alps-Westendorf and GC Wilder Kaiser-Ellmau.
There are just over 40 bedrooms in total and all rooms are ensuite and decorated in a modern, alpine style with hairdryer, telephone, TV, safe, some with balcony. Bathrobes are available on request from reception.
We offer standard Classic and Comfort rooms which are 2-3 bedded (Double / Austrian-Twin plus option of third bed) with a small sitting area. Single rooms also available.
Accommodation is on a half board basis with a hot and cold buffet breakfast and 4-course evening meal with choice of main course, salad buffet and weekly speciality or buffet dinners.
